qquu Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

qquu is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms apply in both English and Bengali, but in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

"qquu", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the website at https://qquu.cam and all related services. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who registers on or accesses the platform.

These terms must be read together with qquu's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — the three documents together form a complete legal framework.

Account Registration

To open an account on the qquu platform, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Each individual may operate only one account.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must be true and accurate. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, bank account or mobile banking number is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. qquu will never ask for your password by phone or email.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To participate on the qquu platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+ only).
• You must use this service voluntarily and of your own free will — not under pressure from any third party.
• Online gaming must not be prohibited under the local laws applicable to you.
• You must not be legally incapable of entering into a contract due to mental incapacity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on qquu is ৳300 for each payment method. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Every deposit transaction is secured by SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds must be returned via the same method used for the deposit — no payments will be sent to third-party accounts.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, qquu may verify your identity. A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be requested. qquu reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

• Submitting false or altered documents will result in account cancellation.
• Any withdrawal may be suspended if a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
• Reversed transactions or chargebacks will result in immediate account closure.

Bonuses and Promotions

qquu offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (ten times the deposit plus bonus). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering has been completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A member may not claim each promotion more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used in the games or sections where they are stated to apply.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
• qquu reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

qquu's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond. Progression through VIP levels depends on your activity and participation on the platform.

Gaming Rules

All games on qquu are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which can be viewed in the game window.

6.1 Technical Issues

If any bet or game round is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, qquu is not liable for that round. Decisions based on server logs shall be considered final.

6.2 Software Errors

qquu reserves the right to withdraw any incorrect winnings displayed in a game or any bonus granted unintentionally due to a technical error. No valid claim exists for funds received as a result of such errors.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game. These limits may vary by game and may be changed at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qquu platform:

• Operating an account for the purpose of bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Operating games using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Fraudulent betting in collusion with other members.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or using offensive language towards other members.
• Unauthorised use of qquu's intellectual property (logo, brand name, software).

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by qquu

qquu may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Provision of false identity or documents.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failure to pass age verification.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
